We, the founders of Trust The Process Puzzles, are true runners at heart. If it was up to us, we'd be running 5 hours a day, 7 days a week. Unfortunately our bodies have upset this plan. Mandatory rest days and injuries regularly forced us to slow down and take a break from running. After years of watching netflix and goggling on our smartphones on our days off, we found out, that this is not really helping us to recover. To truly calm the body and the mind, and let go all the strains and tenses, but at the same time regain focus and recharge our willpower batteries we started doing jigsaw puzzles. And it worked. Still we pretty much disliked all the motifs we found on the internet and wanted to create puzzles we would love: Running Puzzles.
