To start the return process, please log in to your customer account.

 

  

FIRST OF ALL...

We want you to be happy with your Willpower stuff, so we are perfectly alright with receiving your return. However you will help us A LOT if you specify the reason for your return (see "Return Reason" later in the process). It will allow us to make better size-descriptions and also better products. Thank you so much!

HOW DO I RETURN?

  1. Log in to your account:
    1.  Geb deine E-Mail Adresse in das E-Mail Feld ein und klicke auf weiter
    2. Checke deinen E-Mail Posteingang und kopiere den 6-stelligen Bestätigungscode and copy the six-digit verification code included in the email
    3. Go back to the Willpower onlinestore account page, and then enter a six-digit verification code
  2. Click the order that you want to submit the return for.
  3. If your order has more than one item, then select the items that you want to return.
  4. Select a return reason
  5. Use the notes field if you want an exchange item
  6. Click Request return

If your return request is approved and requires shipping, then you receive an email with shipping instructions. After the product is returned, you receive a refund or exchange item.

WHAT RETURN OPTIONS DO I HAVE?

In the return process you can choose from the following:

  • Exchange: We will gladly exchange your item(s). Please use the 'NOTES' filed to tell us which other size or item you would like to have in exchange
  • Refund: If you want to return your item(s) for good, we will refund your costs through the payment method you used, when you made your purchase

WHAT ITEMS ARE RETURNABLE?

You can return your items within 30 days of receipt of your shipment. If the reason for your return is bad quality, you can return them any time.

  • They must be in original condition
  • For clothing, unwashed and unworn
  • In the original packaging

Free gifts sich as stickers are gifts. Please keep them ;-) 

ARE THERE ANY CHARGES FOR RETURN?

There are no charges for return but:

  • You are responsible for the costs of the return shipping
  • But we will send you a free shipping discount code for your next order

We are not doing this to annoy you. It is to throttle the return-rate a bit. We are not Amazon and do not want to be Amazon. If you are totally unhappy with this policy, let us know and we'll find a solution. 

HOW SOON WILL I GET MY REFUND?

  • Once your return is received, we will send you an email notifiction
  • Once your return is approved, your refund or exchange will be processed immediately
  • It usually takes us 1-3 days upon receipt to process returns
