Just like with our clothing, we want to keep things simple with shipping costs. That's why we use flat-rate shipping fees. No matter how many items you buy, the shipping costs are:

• Germany: €4.50
• EU: €8.00
• USA: $40.00
• Rest of World: €24.00
• FREE SHIPPING on orders over €75 (Germany), €150 (EU) and $300 (USA)
• US orders: duties & import taxes are calculated at checkout

We guarantee Same-Day Shipping if your order reaches us before 12:00. All other orders are shipped within 24h. Regular delivery takes 1-3 working days. For the USA, delivery usually takes 8-14 business days. We ship climate neutral with DHL.

We really want you to be happy with your Willpower stuff. You can return your ordered items any time if you don't like them, they don't suit you or if they are damaged. We offer refunds or exchanges. Your choice. Please follow the instructions in our returns center and we'll take care of it.

For most items you will receive a tracking number with your email confirmation. Some small items are sent out as letters and do not have a tracking number.
