As of April 1, 2026, we have to remove our free shipping threshold for all countries outside Germany and the EU. This mainly affects many of our customers in Switzerland, and we are genuinely sorry about that.

The reason is simple: shipping to Switzerland has always come with high customs clearance, handling, processing, and shipping costs. These costs have now increased again, significantly. At this point, even a mixed shipping cost model no longer covers them, and we would lose money on every order.

This is not a decision we wanted to make, but a necessary one.
