Running since: April 2019

First race: Flensburg liebt dich-Marathon June 2019 (4:38h)

Why did you start running: I was in a shaky mental situation and thought it was better to run a marathon than to get hospitalized.

Your best race ever: Zugspitz Ultratrail (ZUT) 2025

The good: Running brings me closer to the person I wanna be.

The bad: Sometimes it’s very demanding, which can be dangerous for your family/social life

The ugly: Fueling during ultras

Favorite Willpower Item: Alma Mater Hoodie (Grey)

Wanna share a recipe?

Kakaobrot

500g flour

250g sugar

1 baking powder

Some big spoons of baking cacao (~3)

a little cinnamon (tip of a knife)

Blending all of it with some sips of plant milk until you get a sticky dough. Grease a baking mould ( add a bit of flour/ausmehlen) and fill the dough in. Bake it for about 50 minutes at 170 degrees. Stick a chopstick in - if there isn’t any dough sticking to it by pulling out, your KAKAOBROT is ready. Enjoy it fresh and with Plant Butter. But carefully - it’s addictive!

Running Mantra: Adapt Endure Overcome.
